It looks like a door hanger but it is a bottle tag ! I've made it using my new dies from Die-namics (the little wine glass die is part of the set). It was really fun to make so I will soon be making some more !
And on a bottle of wine (french s'il vous plait !)
I have used a piece of paper from my stash, I made the ticket on the computer with my graphics programme. The teddy is from Stamp Fairy (by the way there is a sale at Stamp Fairy so expect to see more of Barry and friends in the weeks - and months - to come !), the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
My bottle tag will enter the challenges :
